I The article describes the experience of application of minimally invasive access for hip replacement developed by surgeons at the Department of Orthopedic of F. Schiller University of Jena, Germany. The surgical technique in details was described. Efficiency of the method was proved by the analysis of the results of treatment of 33 patients.
