Uterus myoma is the most common benign tumor of the female reproductive system. The most discussed method of treatment of this disease is a laparoscopic myomectomy. Along with recognized efficacy of the method, there are a number of difficulties associated with the problems of intraoperative blood loss and viability of sutures on the uterus. One of the effective solutions to the problems described above is the use of a temporary occlusion of the internal iliac arteries.
