The article is devoted to the history of the Department of outpatient therapy No. 1 of the Medical Faculty. It reflects the progress in the implementation of the Department's own methods of teaching in skills training, in the improvement of diagnostic methods and treatment of the diseases of the cardiovascular and bronchopulmonary systems in the prehospital period. There are outlined the main trends of educational-methodical and scientific research work.
