The article represents the classification of information risk factors in the post-industrial society, comparative analysis of the distribution of mobile phones among students of Saint-Petersburg in 2002–2010. A questionnaire method was used. There was revealed unsatisfactory information among students about the risk factors of using mobile phones. Information risk factors are a challenge for the post-industrial society.
