Fig. 1. The graph shows a correlation between the Au (III) concentration in the tested aurumacryl samples and their cytotoxicity against human breast carcinoma cells (MCF-7). Concentrations at А226.5 expressed as mU are plotted on the X axis. The proportion of the surviving cells measured by the MTT assay is plotted on the Y axis. The curves were constructed for samples 3, 10 and 17 synthesized in the course of this work and for the control sample synthesized at Irkutsk Institute of Chemistry (see Table 1).
